How alerts work
Browser alerts need permission and device support. On iPhone or iPad, add QueueFinder to your Home Screen to enable web push. You can check your ticket at any time for the latest queue status.

What if the business isn’t using QueueFinder yet?
Search for its listing and tap “Request QueueFinder”. Every request records interest. It doesn’t automatically contact the business; you can share a message with them yourself.
Do I need to download an app?
No app store download or customer account is required. QueueFinder works in your browser.
How do I join a queue?
Scan the QR code at the venue, choose a queue and enter any details the business needs. You can also join online where the business allows it. Stay close enough to return when called.
Can I see my spot / queue details?
Yes. Follow your ticket number, how many people are ahead of you and an estimated wait, where the business has enabled these details. Wait estimates are approximate.
What if I miss the ping?
Open your ticket again to check its latest status. Return promptly when called: the business’s queue settings may move you on if you don’t respond in time.
How does the browser ping me?
Turn on alerts from your ticket and allow notifications when prompted. On iPhone or iPad, add QueueFinder to your Home Screen first. The notification guide explains the steps for your device.
Is it free for one venue?
Yes. Your first venue is free. Additional venues cost US$19, A$29 in Australia or NZ$35 in New Zealand per month each, plus applicable tax. Add them from your dashboard. No credit card. No demo.
